Choose a restroom trailer for weddings of 100 or more guests when the site has level ground, truck access, a 120-volt outlet and a hose within 100 feet. Choose deluxe flushing units when the site is a sloped yard, a field far from power, or under 100 guests.

Wedding site checklist for restrooms
Walk the wedding site 4 weeks ahead with these 6 checks: truck path, level pad, power, water, lighting and permits. Each one decides whether a restroom trailer fits or whether deluxe flushing units are the better choice. If any check fails, flushing units still work, because they need no hookups and fit where a trailer cannot.

Farm and barn weddings in Frederick County

How far in advance should I book a restroom trailer for my wedding?
Book 1 to 3 months ahead for weddings between May and October. September and October Saturdays fill first. For other months, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough.
How many restroom stalls does a 150-guest wedding need?
A 150-guest wedding of 5 to 6 hours needs a 3- or 4-station trailer. With a full bar for the whole evening, choose the 4-station trailer.
Can the trailer be delivered on the wedding day?
Trailers arrive the day before so they can be leveled, connected and tested. Same-day setup is possible for an added charge if the venue does not allow an earlier drop.
Do you provide an attendant?
An attendant can stay through the reception to restock and wipe down stalls. It is priced by the hour on your quote.
Can we have porta potties for the ceremony and a trailer for the reception?
Mixing units works well for split sites. Deluxe flushing units cover the ceremony lawn, and the trailer sits near the reception tent.
What happens if it rains?
Rain does not affect the units. If the lawn turns soft, the crew may place the trailer on the driveway and add a lit path to it.
