Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Plain-language terms for every rental. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Quotes and payment
- Every rental starts with a written quote listing the unit, delivery, pickup, servicing, rush charges and tax.
- Individuals pay by card when the order is confirmed. Businesses, churches, schools and HOAs may pay by invoice or purchase order with approval.
- Long-term rentals bill every 28 days. The first cycle includes a one-time delivery charge.
Rental period and renewal
- Event rentals cover delivery the business day before the event and pickup the business day after. Weekend events are delivered Friday and picked up Monday.
- Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until the renter asks for pickup. A reminder is sent before each new cycle.
- No new cycle is billed after the renter calls, texts or emails for pickup.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancel at least 24 hours (one business day) before delivery for a full refund.
- Date changes are free with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations after the truck is loaded may keep the delivery charge.
Placement and access
- The renter chooses a flat, firm spot within about 50 feet of truck access, with a clear path at least 4 feet wide (10 feet for trailers).
- If the truck cannot reach the spot, a gate is locked, or the spot is blocked, a dry-run charge equal to the delivery charge may apply.
- The renter is responsible for any permit needed to place a unit in a public street or for a public event.
Servicing
- Rentals longer than 7 days receive one service visit per week: pump-out, cleaning, deodorizer and restock.
- Extra service visits are billed per visit as quoted.
- A missed service is made up on the next route day at no charge.
Damage and responsibility
- Normal wear is covered.
- The renter pays repair or replacement cost for damage from vandalism, fire, tipping, graffiti, theft or misuse while the unit is on site.
- Units must not be moved by the renter. Call to have a unit relocated.
Pickup
- Call or text for pickup. Pickup runs on the next route day.
- The unit should be reachable on pickup day. Blocked units may carry a return-trip charge.
