Count by guests, hours, and whether the bar is open.
Rule of thumb
For an event of up to 4 hours. Plan 1 per 35 guests for 4 to 8 hours.
Alcohol
If the table says 6 units and alcohol is served, book 8.
Public events
At least 1 ADA unit per cluster of up to 20 units, under ADA section 213.2.
Jobsites
OSHA's legal minimum is 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. Weekly service keeps 1 per 10 working.
